Our Story
Angie Missonis is the CEO and Founder of Angies Candidate Matcher. Her love and passion for recruitment and all things HR started with her very first job, right out of high school. It happened to be by pure chance, that she was immediately tasked with helping out in the Recruitment Department, as they were overloaded as always. As an 18 year old with zero experience she quickly learned about hiring and personnel and fell in love. Fast forward to 15 years ago, where she had sufficient experience under her belt and took a position as Head of HR which she have held since.
The downside to recruitment, is that it can get overwhelming, as there is SOOOO much to get done in HR, employees to take care of issues to handle etc. The only place where we see valuable time going down the drain is in the endless hunt through tons of resumes, day in and day out. It’s the most time consuming part of HR – yet it has to be done and ideally by someone who loves recruitment – otherwise, you can tell in the results. There had to be an easier way!
And thus Angie’s Candidate Matcher was born. We are going to help save you valuable time and money, better spend on employee happiness and growth and the other millions things you have on your plate. With an easy to use system that helps you speed up recruiting time as well as quality of hires.
